滷豆干炒飯

簡單的炒飯,在繁忙的工作後,是一個快速營養的料理,配上滷豆干,頓時懷念起家鄉味。

材料

📌 用壓力鍋僅煮白飯僅需要12分鐘!

📌 如何用鍋子煮飯 (不需要電鍋) 請連此

METHOD

  1. 熱油並將滷豆干、加上鹽、黑胡椒、醬油炒到香
  2. 移開滷豆干,將蒜頭、洋蔥炒 2分鐘
  3. 加入紅蘿蔔、青椒 炒3分鐘
  4. 加回滷豆干Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce炒2分鐘
