壓力鍋 – 不複雜的印度香料飯

 

將壓力鍋開啟 saute模式並放入奶油. 放入洋蔥炒至軟並拿出鍋子.放入洗過的米並煮大約五分鐘,倒入所有切過的青菜與香料,加水、蓋過.加蓋子用 Saute模式煮大約8分鐘,按 cancel 並再用壓力鍋模式煮5分鐘,原本很複雜的印度香料飯就好了!(一般傳統的做法要3~4小時) 
注意:若你想要不要太軟的飯,當壓力鍋5分鐘後,盡快排掉氣.

食材
0.5 碗飯

奶油,優格

蔬菜(端看你的喜好):青椒,馬鈴薯,番茄,綠豆,香菜,洋蔥,檸檬

香料: Biryani masala, Chili powder, cumin seed, 鹽

廚房好幫手

壓力鍋: Instant pot(IP)
