Chilli Pesto Pasta

After trying many times, I found this recipe is more fantastic. I’m writing down to remember each steps and you can give it a try!

  • Serves: 1~2 people

  • Cooking: 25M
  • Difficulty: EASY
  • Type: Vegan



Mixed Vegetables(Corn、Green beans、Peas)

Put half bowl of veggies in cold water for 10 mins

Pesto Sauce

  1. Toast Pine nuts with  for 3-5 mins
  2. Combine Olive oil, pine nuts into the blender
  3. Combine Basil leaves( remove steam) in to the blender
  4. Add 1 spoon Black pepper , 1 spoon garlic powder, 1 spoon Salt and mix together


  1. Add 1 spoon butter, 2 spoon Extra virgin olive oil and melt the butter
  2. Add 1 Bay Leaves, Garlic and cook for 30 sec
  3. Add slices onion and salt and cook for 1min
  4. Add spice family: 0.5 spoon Red Chili Powder, and 1 spoon each kasuri methi, Paprika
  5. Add slices tomatoes and frozen veggies and cook for 10 mins
  6. Mix boiled Pasta
  7. Add 6 spoons of pesto sauce together and slow cook for 15 mins
