Potato Salad Guidance

TIME/ DIFFICULTY/ TYPE

  • Serves: 1~2 people

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 Potatoes
  • 12 baby carrots
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 1 cup cornstarch
  • 3 spoons sugar
  • 1 spoon salt
  • 10 g Butter

METHOD:

Dressing

  1. Stir fry 2 eggs, 3 spoons sugar, 1 spoon salt for 20 secs
  2. Add with the 1 cup vinegar, 1 cup milk, 1 cup water and 1 spoon Cornstarch for 10 mins
  3. Add with 10 g butter and cook for 3 mins

Others

  1. Boil the potatoes about 20 minutes and cut to small pieces
  2. Add into slices carrots, slices hard-cooked 2 eggs
  3. Add with Sauce( Dressing) and stir, with a few salt
  4. Chill overnight  
  5. Separate the cucumber and avocado
