印度紅茶 Masala Chai 教學

食材

事前準備

杵臼搗碎姜

方法

  1. 放入半杯牛奶
  2. 放入半杯冷水
  3. 放入兩匙紅茶
  4. 放入生薑煮至滾 (PIC A)
  5. 小火再滾2分鐘即完成
  6. 漏勺倒出,加入適量(約半匙)糖 (PIC B)
